Is it hard to install?

Each creasing & microperforation machine comes ready to use. The only thing you have to do is set the position of the crease or microperfor according to your need.

Product warranty

All products benefit from a 12 month warranty. Consumables and subassemblies such as the pick-up and guide rollers (rubber rollers) , creasing & microperforation knife are not covered by the warranty.

Transport of products under warranty

During the warranty period, the service operations of the equipment are performed at the headquarters of Euro Paper SRL, str. Tarnavei, nr. 2, Brasov. The return transport costs of the service team or by express courier are borne by the buyer.

How do I benefit from the warranty?

Defective products during the warranty period will be repaired at the headquarters of Euro Paper SRL, str. Tarnavei, nr. 2, Brasov. In order to benefit from the warranty, you must send us the defective product, properly packaged so as not to suffer damage during transport, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice + warranty certificate. To request the warranty, please contact by phone the sales agent who took care of your order, before sending the package and let us know the nature of the defect. Within a maximum of 15 working days the product will be returned in working order or will be replaced with another new product.
