Product warranty
All products benefit from a 12-month warranty. Consumables and subassemblies of the type: thermal resistance / sleeve are not covered by the warranty.

Transport of products under warranty
During the warranty period, equipment service operations are carried out at the headquarters of Euro Paper Srl, str. Tarnavei, no. 2, Brasov. Round-trip transportation costs of the service team or express courier are borne by the buyer.

For large equipment within the warranty period, if the service team has to travel to the buyer’s premises, the travel expenses are 2.50 LEI/km (without VAT) calculated on the round-trip distance from BRASOV plus accommodation costs if is the case.

How do I benefit from the warranty?
Defective products within the warranty period will be repaired at the headquarters of Euro Paper Srl, str. Tarnavei, no. 2, Brasov. In order to benefit from the guarantee, you must send us the defective product, properly packed so as not to suffer damage during transport, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice + guarantee certificate. To request the warranty, please contact the sales agent who handled your order by phone, before sending the parcel and let us know the nature of the defect. Within a maximum of 15 working days, the product will be returned in working condition or will be replaced with another new product.
