Is it hard to install?

Each binding machine comes ready to use. The only thing you have to do is unscrew the safety screws from the transport.

 What do I do if I can’t handle the installation?

What maintenance does the bindingg machine require?

Each binding machine must be cleaned and greased periodically. The guide rails for the milling knife and the glue tank must be lubricated. Excess residual glue must always be cleaned.

When does the blade need replacement/sharpening?

The milling knife is one of the most important components. Excessive usage of an unsharpened knife leads to poor quality binding. We recommend sharpening / replacing the knife when the sheets no longer fit snugly on the snub.

Why do the sheets come off the snub?

This can have multiple causes: the use of a worn milling knife, the use of a poor quality of glue or an insufficient amount of glue.

Product warranty

All products benefit from a 12 month warranty. Consumables and subassemblies such as the milling knife and the thermal sensor for the glue tank are not covered by the warranty.

Transport of products under warranty

During the warranty period, the service operations of the equipment are performed at the headquarters of Euro Paper SRL, str. Tarnavei, nr. 2, Brasov. The return transport costs of the service team or by express courier are borne by the buyer.

How do I benefit from the warranty?

Defective products during the warranty period will be repaired at the headquarters of Euro Paper SRL, str. Tarnavei, nr. 2, Brasov. In order to benefit from the warranty, you must send us the defective product, properly packaged so as not to suffer damage during transport, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice + warranty certificate. To request the warranty, please contact by phone the sales agent who took care of your order, before sending the package and let us know the nature of the defect. Within a maximum of 15 working days the product will be returned in working order or will be replaced with another new product.
