Is it hard to install?

Each wall printer comes with video material for installation and usage.

On what materials can I print?

Vertical 3D wall printers can print directly on white washable or decorative paint. UV technology gives you an extra choice of materials, thus leading to a wider range of products that you can offer. With UV wall printers you can also print on wood, plastic, glass, metal ….

What do I do if I have a drawing longer than 5 meters?

The printer comes with 5 rail assemblies of 1 meter long. After passing the first 2 assemblies (after 2 meters printed) you can undo the first rails and add them further, and repeat this procedure to the desired length.

Can I print higher than 1.7 meters?

The printer is equipped with a Laser Pointer, for positioning the beginning of the print, so you can combine two or more prints.

If the wall is crooked, can I still print?

The printer has two sensors that track the wall surface, they track all the waves on the wall keeping the same distance of the print head set from the wall.

Product warranty

All products benefit from a 12 month warranty. Consumables and subassemblies such as the print head are not covered by the warranty.

Transport of products under warranty

During the warranty period, the service operations of the equipment are performed at the headquarters of Euro Paper SRL, str. Tarnavei, nr. 2, Brasov. The return transport costs of the service team or by express courier are borne by the buyer.

How do I benefit from the warranty?

Defective products during the warranty period will be repaired at the headquarters of Euro Paper SRL, str. Tarnavei, nr. 2, Brasov. In order to benefit from the warranty, you must send us the defective product, properly packaged so as not to suffer damage during transport, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice + warranty certificate. To request the warranty, please contact by phone the sales agent who took care of your order, before sending the package and let us know the nature of the defect. Within a maximum of 15 working days the product will be returned in working order or will be replaced with another new product.
