Is it hard to install?
Each laser engraver comes with videos on its installation. The installation of the laser engraver involves mounting the wheeled stand, its connection to the water tank (cooling), all these operations do not require the movement of a service team, thus reducing the acquisition costs.

Is the device calibrated?
Each laser engraver is aligned and checked by us, but we recommend before first use to check the alignment of the mirrors because due to transport this alignment may not be maintained. On the CD that comes with the laser engraver is a video that shows you the alignment process, this being also a process of maintenance, you have to periodically clean the mirrors and focusing lens.

What do I do if I can’t handle the installation / alignment?

Can I cut 8 mm plywood?
With a 80W laser engraver that is well aligned, you can cut 8 mm plywood at a speed of 10 mm / sec and with a power of 40% of the laser tube.

Can I cut 6 mm plastic?
With a 80W laser engraver that is well aligned, you can cut 6 mm plastic at a speed of 10 mm / sec and with a power of 50% of the laser tube.

Can I engrave on cylindrical objects (glasses)?
Thanks to the FREE rotary kit,you can engrave on any cylindrical object. The machine comes with a video that teaches you how to use the rotary kit.

Can I use this machine to do photo engraving?
You can do photo engraving without any problem on this model.

Can I engrave on metal?
No CO2 laser engraver can engrave directly on metal, they are designed for non-metals. You can only do photo engraving / marking on metal, but each metal object must be treated in advance with a special spray in this sense to allow you to do these operations.

Why does the laser tube have no warranty?
The laser tube is a consumable, it is given by the supplier with a service life of 3000 hours of operation, but you can burn it in 2 minutes, if you do not provide water cooling. In this sense we recommend: before each start of the machine to check the water flow, thus being sure that it will not burn. Check that the water pump is powered and that the hoses are not strangled. We recommend replacing the water in the cooling tank at least once a month.

Can I make stamps with this machine?
You can make stamps with any engraver model, but our recommendation for making stamps is an engraver with a RUIDA controller, this type of controller offers you the possibility to set the “ramp effect”, meaning that it makes the conical base to a letter. The imprint of the stamp is made of rubber, and when you press it on the paper, if the letter is not conical as a base, vibrations can occur, so that the small letters do not print correctly.

Product warranty
All products benefit from a 12 month warranty. Consumables and subassemblies such as the laser tube, focusing lens and mirrors are not covered by the warranty.

Transport of products under warranty
During the warranty period, the service operations of the equipment are performed at the headquarters of Euro Paper SRL, str. Tarnavei, nr. 2, Brasov. The return transport costs of the service team or by express courier are borne by the buyer.

How do I benefit from the warranty?
Defective products during the warranty period will be repaired at the headquarters of Euro Paper SRL, str. Tarnavei, nr. 2, Brasov. In order to benefit from the warranty, you must send us the defective product, properly packaged so as not to suffer damage during transport, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice + warranty certificate. To request the warranty, please contact by phone the sales agent who took care of your order, before sending the package and let us know the nature of the defect. Within a maximum of 15 working days the product will be returned in working order or will be replaced with another new product.
