Is it hard to install?

Each fiber laser comes with videos on its installation. Installing the fiber laser only involves installing the operating program on your computer and setting it up, this operation does not require moving a service team, thus reducing acquisition costs.

Does the device comes with mirrors aligned (calibrated)?

Each Fiber laser is aligned and checked at the factory, and the alignment and calibration settings that must be entered in the operating program are included in the machine’s packaging.

What do I do if I can’t handle the installation / alignment?

Can I engrave on gold or silver?

Fiber laser is a dedicated laser engraver for metals, you can engrave on any metal.

Can I cut gold or silver?

With a fiber laser you can cut metals , but the cutting is influenced by the power of the laser source. For example to be able to cut 1 mm of silver (silver is a hard metal) you need a 50W source.

Can I engrave on cylindrical objects?

Thanks to the FREE rotating kit, you can engrave on any cylindrical object. The fiber laser comes with a video that teaches you how to use the rotating kit.

Can I engrave on rings?

Thanks to the FREE rotating kit, you can engrave on any ring. The fiber laser comes with a video that teaches you how to use the rotating kit.

Product warranty

All products benefit from a 12 month warranty. Consumables and subassemblies such as the laser tube, focusing lens and mirrors are not covered by the warranty.

Transport of products under warranty

During the warranty period, the service operations of the equipment are performed at the headquarters of Euro Paper SRL, str. Tarnavei, nr. 2, Brasov. The return transport costs of the service team or by express courier are borne by the buyer.

How do I benefit from the warranty?

Defective products during the warranty period will be repaired at the headquarters of Euro Paper SRL, str. Tarnavei, nr. 2, Brasov. In order to benefit from the warranty, you must send us the defective product, properly packaged so as not to suffer damage during transport, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice + warranty certificate. To request the warranty, please contact by phone the sales agent who took care of your order, before sending the package and let us know the nature of the defect. Within a maximum of 15 working days the product will be returned in working order or will be replaced with another new product.
